Since the Rain

“Since the Rain” is the first piece in this series, the artwork that marked the moment I chose to step fully into my life as an artist. Drawn in black fine-liner on A3 archival paper, this piece captures the emotional turbulence of rebuilding after loss. Each flowing line represents a memory, a release, a softening, the kind of rain that heals rather than washes away.

This artwork symbolises the beginning of my new path: the day I stopped resisting what hurt and started allowing myself to grow again.
