Overview
Over the course of the programme, you’ll build confidence with drawing while developing a calming practice that supports focus and relaxation. All materials are provided, so you can simply arrive, take a seat, and begin drawing.

EXAMPLE SESSION STRUCTURE
1. Welcome & Settling In (5-10 mins)
Gentle introduction, reassurance, and a quick explanation of how drawing supports calm and focus.
2. Warm-up drawing (10 mins)
Hand-loosening patterns and simple repetition to help remove the days stresses
3. Guided calm drawing (20–25 mins)
Step-by-step guided drawing. You work at your own pace with steady, supportive guidance.
4. Reflection & close (5–10 mins)
Optional sharing or quiet reflection.

Why this workshop is effective
The repetitive nature of calm drawing supports emotional regulation in a similar way to rhythmic or mindful activities. Participants often become visibly calmer during the session and more settled afterwards.
